Popular among those with a trade background orwho have been promoted into a managerial role for the first time, thisqualification is also excellent for established managers looking to progress tothe Diploma of Leadership and Management at a later point.
The target audience is international students. We are expecting a broad range of ages,
backgrounds and genders to be enrolling. They are typically from a variety of ethnic
backgrounds and may be new to living in Brisbane or Australia.

Credit and/or RPL can be provided for those with existing skills and knowledge allowing such
students to complete the course in a shorter timeframe. On successful completion, students
will be issued with nationally recognised qualifications and/or statements of attainment.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others.
