Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, it is recommended that learners:

• Have basic computer and digital literacy.
• Possess workplace or vocational experience.
• Have an English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 (for international students).

Course Duration

• Delivery Mode: Face-to-face / Online / Blended
• Duration: 52 weeks (including holidays)
• Study Load: 20 hours per week (for international students)

Units of Competency

To achieve the BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, students must complete 12 units (5 core + 7 elective).

2. BSBLDR413 – Lead effective workplace relationships
3. BSBOPS402 – Coordinate business operational plans
4. BSBXCM401 – Apply communication strategies in the workplace
5. BSBXTW401 – Lead and facilitate a team
